Arne Boelaert was actually born in Belgium and moved to Costa Rica 10 years ago. He graduated at the Belgian University of Ghent as a Bio-Engineer but added extra degrees in general contracting and development. Arne worked for 5 years as a project manager constructing custom luxury houses for a renowned construction company. This allows Arne to advice clients regarding the building cost, building requirements, standards of finishes and so much more. Arne also has a lot of experience in development so he can advice clients regarding the complex regulations and laws in Costa Rica and what locations to develop based on his experience in the area. Arne is the broker of Nest properties and is a licensed Real Estate Agent with the CRGAR. He has a passion for surfing, running and mountain biking and resides in Playa Tamarindo with his wife and 1 year old son.
